You’re early. That’s good.

If you’re like me, early is uncomfortable. It’s just you and the host — maybe a couple of nerdy friends who are never late to anything. You don’t know anybody. You’re not sure where to stand. You try to look casual, but there’s nowhere to put your hands.

I have a good friend who loves being that guy. The one who walks in, scans the room, and starts introducing himself like he’s been hired to host the place. Thirty minutes later, he knows everyone’s name, where they’re from, and what their dog had for breakfast.

It’s impressive, really — that kind of eager curiosity. That hunger to connect. He’ll strike up conversations that actually matter. Not just small talk, but the kind of stuff people remember the next day.

I’m not that guy.

I’ll talk to strangers, sure — but usually only if they started it. I’d rather sneak in, stay for a little while, and head back home before things get too loud. One-on-one? I’m all in. I love the kind of conversations that turn into clarity. But throw me in a crowd of “How’ve-you-beens” and I start counting ceiling tiles.

Kind of a crazy way to start a blog that’s about clearing your head, right?

But that’s what FreeNoggin is. Or what it will be.

This isn’t a launch. There’s no funnel. No five-day email series. No polished plan.

FreeNoggin isn’t fully built yet. But it’s open.

Right now, it’s a quiet little blog — the kind you find by accident or by hunger.
Eventually, it’ll be more than that. Teaching, tools, maybe even ways to partner or learn or heal together.

For now, it’s this:
If something here gets your attention — good. You’re early.
That means you’ll get to watch it grow. Maybe even help shape it.

And if you want more of the story — more of the raw, personal stuff —
I tell those over at PaulMcKee2.com.
And the redemptive, faith-rooted pieces live over at AndenMinistries.com.

This one? This is for your headspace.
To name what’s cluttered. To clear what’s stuck.
To free your noggin.

We’ll keep going from here.l be available very soon.
